Terms of Sale

These terms govern all purchases made through 1kpc.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm you have read and agreed to them.

• Order acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
• Batch availability: Each product is sold in limited batches of 15 units. Stock is not reserved until payment is confirmed. If stock sells out between you initiating and completing checkout, your payment will not be taken.
• Specification: Specifications are fixed per batch. No custom configuration or component upgrades are available. Product images are representative; minor cosmetic differences may exist between batches. We will notify you before dispatch of any material specification change.
• Pricing: All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The advertised price is the total price payable. No additional charges are added at checkout beyond the stated delivery cost, which is zero for all UK addresses.
• Age: You must be 18 or over to purchase. By submitting an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
• Accuracy: We make every reasonable effort to ensure descriptions are accurate. If we identify a material error in a listing before dispatch we will contact you promptly and offer cancellation with a full refund.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to all addresses throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). International shipping is not currently offered.

• Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation, subject to stock and QA completion.
• Delivery window: Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days from dispatch. This is a target timeframe. Delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
• Cost: Delivery is free of charge to all UK addresses.
• Tracking: We use a tracked courier service. Tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
• Signature on delivery: A signature is required on delivery due to the value of the goods. Please ensure someone is available, or make alternative arrangements with the carrier when notified.
• Dispatch and returns address: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. All returns must be sent to this address with prior written authorisation from us.
• Damaged in transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier at delivery if possible, then contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs. Do not discard original packaging.

Warranty

Every 1K PC includes a manufacturer-backed warranty from the date of delivery:

• Parts cover - 1 year: Faulty components within this period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Labour cover - 2 years: Labour costs for fault diagnosis and repair are covered for the full two-year period.
• How to claim: Email [email protected] with your order reference, description of the fault, and any photographs or error messages. We will advise on next steps, which may include remote diagnosis, a collect-and-return repair, or component replacement.
• Exclusions: Physical or accidental damage, liquid damage, damage caused by unauthorised modification or overclocking, power surges, and user misuse are excluded. Consumables such as thermal paste are not covered.
• Statutory rights: This warranty is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, your legal remedies apply independently of these warranty terms.

Quality Assurance

Every unit is individually tested and optimised before dispatch:

• 24-hour stress test: A minimum 24-hour continuous stress test is run on every unit. Units that fail any stage do not ship.
• CPU thermal testing: Temperatures under full synthetic load must remain within safe operating limits throughout the test period.
• GPU testing: GPU temperatures and frame output are verified under extended load at manufacturer boost clock speeds.
• Memory stability: RAM is tested for stability across multiple passes at the configured XMP/EXPO frequency profile.
• Storage verification: NVMe read and write speeds are checked against expected specification. SMART health data is verified clean.
• Software readiness: Each unit ships with the latest stable GPU drivers and Windows Update fully applied, and a genuine activated Windows 11 Pro licence.

If a unit fails QA, it does not ship and the batch count is reduced accordingly. You will be informed if this affects your order.

Returns and Cancellation

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are set out below. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

• 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with your order reference and a statement that you wish to cancel. We will acknowledge within 1 business day.
• Returning the goods: Goods must be returned to 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend insured, tracked shipping.
• Refund: We will refund the original purchase price, including the original outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of dispatch - whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may make a deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
• Cancellation before dispatch: Email us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund in full without requiring a return.
• Faulty or misdescribed goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015): If your product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to: a full refund within 30 days of delivery; a free repair or replacement within 6 months; or a price reduction or final right to reject after 6 months. Reviews Policy

• Eligibility: Only customers who have completed a verified purchase from 1K PC may submit a review. Submissions are checked against order records before publication.
• Incentivised reviews: We offer a £10 loyalty code as a thank-you to every customer who submits a review, regardless of star rating. The code is never conditional on a positive or minimum-star review. All reviews submitted under this scheme are clearly labelled as incentivised.
• Moderation: Every submission is manually reviewed before publication to verify it relates to a genuine order and contains no abusive, offensive, defamatory, or irrelevant content. Moderation does not filter by sentiment or rating.

• Accepted methods: Major debit and credit cards via Stripe, and Klarna Buy Now Pay Later.
• Stripe: Card payments are handled entirely within Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant environment. Card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Klarna: Choosing Klarna routes you to Klarna's own authorisation and credit assessment flow. Klarna's separate terms and credit agreement apply. 1K PC is not a lender and bears no responsibility for Klarna's lending decisions or credit terms.
• Pricing and VAT: All displayed prices are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price shown is the total price payable with no hidden charges.
• Payment security: All payment flows are served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Stripe SCA/3DS is used to satisfy PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication requirements.
• Failed payments: If payment fails, no order is confirmed and no charge is taken. You will be returned to checkout to retry or use an alternative method.
